  We purchased our beautiful home from Elders Bairnsdale and couldn't be happier with the service that was provided as well as the simplicity of the sale. We've recently had friends try to sell their house through other real estates and were unsuccessful. When they switched to Elders, they had sold it within 2 weeks, amazing!   In the last 2 years we have listed a few properties with Elders Real Estate in Bairnsdale and they have managed 2 rentals for us for quite a few years now. Mark and Laura (and the rest of the team) are consummate professionals. They don't talk BS and just get in an get the job done. We are especially happy at the effort they go to to return calls and keep us in the loop. It's not hard to highly recommend this real estate agent and business, it is head and shoulders above others.

  My go-to agents in town when I need anything realestate related. Worked with a few agencies in the area and Elders is always the most reliable. A good range of properties and contacts in the realestate market, and a team of well respected individuals. If you're looking to buy a home or start up a business, from a baguette shop to a beetroot factory, Elders is the place to go.

  Poor client service and when it all went wrong they just wiped their hands of it all and left me out on my own without 13 weeks worth of rent. Very poor Elders, very poor.

  One of the worst real estate experiences that I have had. As a landlord I employed Elders to to manage my property as I believed them to be the 'experts' in property management. Elders allowed the tenants to get 13 weeks behind in their rent and it wasn't until they were 10 weeks behind that they started the VCAT process.
