  Terrible customer service, two people serving flat chat. Then one lady comes out from the back to help serve one customer then disappears to the back again when there are other customers waiting to be served. Shocking service. Ordered two steak & mushroom pies and two ice coffees. The pies fell apart on first bite and did not hold the piping hot fillings. Too messy to finish eating, even with a brown paper bag. Threw to the gutter. Very disappointed.

  Muffin was not even toasted and egg was so runny, could not eat as a takeaway. $6.50 for that, better off walking to Maccas next door. The muffin was not from the bakery came from a bag

  Nice pies and really good sausage rolls and jelly slices! The jelly slice was made old school, the way they are supposed to taste. Staff really helpful and looked after us well!

  Terrible service was told coffee machine was off but then heard same lady ask another worker to turn it off, 2 coffees would not have hurt, was only 2:33 and told coffee machine goes off at 2:30. Staff seemed to want to "just get outta there" even though they not close till 3pm. Pie was ordinary and so was cheesecake slice. Cheescake slice had no flavour was just a big expensive creamy block. Wont be going back!!!
