  Finally Wow for the fact that we got to deal with you, the Principal of the dealership. The contrast with the experience of not only 2 other VW dealerships on this purchase, but my experience of buying 19 previous cars, was enormous. No sleazy tricks, just a straight forward deal with a genuine attempt to find out what we needed and provide that. If only you can make people aware of that point of difference to your competitors I'm sure you'll have even greater success.
