Offered to send a replacement and reply paid postage bag for return of faulty item. Replacement was sent very promptly and return post was a simple process. Will happily purchase from this company again.

  First time caravan owners, we researched towing mirrors extensively and the Milenco came out on top for clarity, ease of installation, lack of vibration and field of vision. The carry bag is a handy addition when the mirrors are not in use. there are lots of u-tube videos about these mirrors and they had met or exceeded our expectations. So happy we chose these.

  I have just purchased some car mats from Autoelec. They have kept me informed about when it was sent and when I would receive them. Even in the busy season of Christmas, they have delivered the mats when they said they would be delivered... I cannot recommend them highly enough.
