  Exemplary service by Sergio Automotive. There is now no necessity to drive to Melbourne to have our Jaguar serviced. Sergio has the qualifications and diagnostic equipment to completely look after our car. If your vehicle requires specialised service, contact Sergio for professional work, and pleasant, good old fashioned customer service. Very highly recommended.

  While travelling in East Gippsland in my Mercedes A 190, I encountered my worst automotive nightmare. No start in the morning before a long trip to Queensland. RACV towed my car to Sergio Automotive after I found that Sergio himself was a European car specialist with a fully equipped modern workshop.

  Sergio has helped me out on a number of occasions with my BMW X5 over the past year. I have been incredibly impressed with his professionalism, dedication and diligence with my vehicle. He provides excellent value I haven't come across from any other European mechanic in the capital cities; nor have I had such excellent communication and information from a mechanic on what he needs to do on a vehicle.   Upon arrival, Sergio greeted me with a big smile and a welcome. He then diagnosed the problem in an instant as he is a factory trained mechanic from Europe originally before opening his business in Bairnsdale to service all of Gippsland.

  My Mercedes required a new starter motor. Before ordering the part, he tried to get it to start with some tests while looking for a workaround.. No go. New starter motor fixed it. Service was beyond first class. Sergio really cares about cars and their owners. Price was very fair and even below what anyone else would charge. Totally honest and open with diagnosis print outs from his service computer that plugs into the service points on any car.
