  I don´t think that I ever buy anything from Harvey Norman. The last update was that they can´t source the item!! I recieved this answer 9 days after putting the online order in!

  Went there to look for a drawing tablet for my son. I waited 10 minutes and finally I thought the salesclerk with the santa hat (and long black hair) was free so I approached her and I haven't even finished saying, "excuse me..." she cut me off with an irritated tone of, "Wait a minute! I'm attending a customer at the moment!" Without even looking at me. So rude. Harvey Norman Bairnsdale, you might have to start teaching your staff good, professional manners, otherwise people would rather drive to Sale and Traralgon rather than be treated in this rude manners. So disappointing.

  I had a terrible experience with harvey norman and this specific store. Ordered an item online and expected to recieve it in a week. Unfortunately there was no tracking details on the click and collect app. I chased that up with the customer service department 3 days after putting the order and I was told that it has been put as priority. I again contacted customer first the day after and I was told that my order was in the shop to be picked up. Later in the day the shop rang me telling that they have to order the item in! The next day the shop called me and said that the item is not avsilable in the country!! I call it a terrible customer service. It was supposed to be a birthday gift and harvey norman ruined my plans.

  AMAZING STAFF IN COMPUTER AREA, they have taken there service and support to another level-- the staff in the electronics section really go the extra mile -- I have been in sales and marketing for 35 plus years and its a pleasure when I see staff willingly going above and beyond with great service --- very refreshing and a lot of retailers could learn how important front line staff are to a business

  Certainly having had the best repair/rejig of my problemstic computer, previously purchased from HN, by the skiled, able and knowledgeable young man.

  Brad is a legend and should get a pay rise. He is so helpful and accommodating, not to mention efficient. I bought a fitness tracker today that he set up for me without any fuss or bother. He is a great asset top their team.
