    Hi Gayle, I have called into your store on several occasions and always receive fantastic service. Called into the store on Thursday 5th January, and on this visit was assisted by a lovely lady, Pauline. It was so lovely to meet her she was so friendly and helpful. Pauline helped me with some purchases but also allowed me to browse without pressure. I told her I love to stop at quilt stores when we are travelling, she was a fountain of information on places where there were stores along the route we were going. Whilst in the store browsing other customers entered and Pauline's manner never changed, attentive, helpful, friendly to all of them, This lady is certainly an asset to your business. I will definitely be calling in again as one can never have too much great customer service or beautiful patchwork fabric. Gayle

    My wife and I noticed that there is a huge amount of different stock that you can't get at spotlight or other similar shops. If you want different patterns, material or buttons then have a look when your in town.
