    Appalling customer service. Very rude staff, very arrogant pharmacist, some staff are not qualified to be doing there job according to government agencies. Very expensive and they don't offer the full government pbs discount which is $5.20 for concession card holders.

    Just got off the phone from this Chemist. The man was rude and getting angry. You can shove your $10 Birthday gift voucher. I will be going to Amcal from now on.

    I don't like giving bad review, but it wouldn't be honest if I didn't. If the lady who works here doesn't like people walking through the store to get to Woolies, then close the door. Amazingly rude.
