  Woman on phone was very rude, vindictive, angry & arrogant. She made condescending attacks and false assumptions on me, without giving me a chance to speak and hung up the phone. Oh MY God!! This is too bad for business and the local community.

  Worst customer service I've ever received from any business. Do yourselves a favor and sack the rude, vindictive female that answers the phone. I've made sure my complaints with details have made their way to the organization that sent the goods & Startrack & Australia Post.
