  What a horrible lady, if you want to call her that. Only know her by her first name 'Lesley'. Lesley is rude, unhelpful and nasty. All I did was ring to see if they received the email from my conveyancer. It was apparently sent five days before but they had not received it. I found out my conveyancer had an incorrect email address. After giving him the correct one I rang East Coast Conveyancing, just to see they received the email. Lesley said " I should not be calling them, that I should be going through my conveyancer". Lesley then just put me straight on hold. When she came back I said "that was very rude of her, all I wanted to know is if they had received the email". Lesley said that I was putting her in a very difficult position. I raised my voice and said "why? All I wanted to know is if you received the email". Lesley said "you are rude, I am not talking to you" and hung up on me!! Alas, I still don't know if they received the email.

  what an amazing company!!! our dealings with them was amazing-- for privacy reasons I can't disclose our transactions or dealings with them, but they went far beyond and above what is required of them. it was a complete surprise and I would recommend them to anyone considering the options of who to choose to do their conveyancing work
