  The hot water system at our home in Lakes Entrance recently stopped heating. As we are new to the area, we were referred by a manufacture to Riviera Pumps and Generator in Bairnsdale - 25 minutes from our home.

  WARNING do not use this mob... These guys came to service my Edwards hot water service that had not been working for 3 years. They allowed spent glycol heat-ex-changer fluid to empty into my gutter and contaminate 24,000 liters of water in my rainwater tank. The water was undrinkable, and stank of chemicals, but the manager of Riviera Pumps refused to empty and refill the tank, leaving that entire cost and effort to me. WARNING !!!

  We were serviced by Matt, whom we found was very professional, friendly and, patience. Within a short time, Matt was able to find the issue and was able to have the system operational again!!
