  The most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered !!! I have been with Telstra for decades and since this experience promptly cancelled Telstra and moved to Optus. Appalling !!!

  Going anywhere near this place makes me shudder. All staff trying to look "professional" walking around with their tablets in hand just waiting to pounce on the next poor sucker to walk through the door to lock them into a lucrative contract they can't get out of.

  Telstra Shop Bairnsdale is not a friendly pkace nor are the staff and you have to wait way too long before you can ask what you want. When i was there last , I waited for an hour and there was no end in site before being able to see anyone. I was approached by one of the staff and tried to ask my question and was litteraly shut down and cut off and told I had at least another thirty to forty minute wait before i would be able to see any of the staff. It was at that point wgen I walked out. Don't go there

  Can you leave a no-star review? This store sold a $120 pm mobile plan to my mother on a freakin flip phone. They have locked her into this contract for years - are you kidding me? Online the plan she needs for a pre-paid is $40 for the same value. Poor form Telstra, you shouldn't be ripping off those who don't know better.

  Not interested in the main reasons for our visit. Sdvice on our budiness land line and data plan. Aldo need to know how to clear space on mobile. Only interested in trying to sell 2 new mobile phones.
